  • Jews told Pilate to crucify Jesus because didn't believe that he was a king or the Son of God
  • The Jews told Pilate if he does not crucify Jesus, he’s therefore not a friend of Caesar
  • Soldiers took him and his two cousins to Golgotha to be crucified
17-27
  • The king of the Jews was crucified near the city.
  • Soldiers prepare Jesus for the crucifixion.
  • His disciple took Mary to his home. 
28-42

  • He gave up his spirit to fulfill the Scripture.  
  • Joseph and Nicodemus wrapped Jesus up in linen and took him into a nearby tomb.
  • Nicodemus brought Jesus myrrh and aloe and placed it beside his tomb and hid the tomb spot
  • The only people that could see it were Mary, Joseph, Nicodemus, people that believed him and the angels.
